FAQ.How long does the entire process take?
The entire process takes anywhere from 7 to 10 days to complete. Once your order is placed and your payment is received, I begin work within 24 hours.
What If I need a resume within 48 hours? Do you offer expedited services?
Of course! However there is an additional charge added to the original price of service. ($50) (See below)
If you need a rush on a resume due to a position you see closing soon, reach out to me directly on social media, email, or via the website and we can definitely get to work to ensure your application is submitted in time. When do I pay?
All payments are due prior to service being started.
How does your resume writing process work?
The overall content and layout of your resume is not only important, but it's a major key in being the deciding factor between you and another candidate from being chosen for a job interview and landing the position which you are applying.
The process to having your resume revamped goes as follows:
Do you provide samples of your work?
Of course. I can email you samples. Also, there are many samples on my IG page: @bradjresumes.
Do you keep a copy of each resume on file?
I keep all of my clients resumes on file for reason such as them being misplaced or original email being deleted. No matter the case, just reach out to me and I will resend to you.
What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds. However, if for any reason there is an issue or you are not satisfied with the results of your resume (callbacks for interviews) within 60 days, I will write it again one time, free-of-charge.
Are your resumes ATS compatible?
An Applicant Tracking System (for resume) is software and recruitment tool that organizes the information on your resume and helps companies filter through hundreds if not thousands of resumes they receive per day. (98% of Fortune 500 companies use ATS)
